Building SEL at Family Enrichment Center

This Social Emotional Literacy workshop focuses on building young children's self and social awareness and emotional vocabulary through engaging activities like Emotion Charades and Emotion Matching. We'll explore understanding big feelings using the Upstairs/Downstairs Brain model, practice calming techniques like Jellyfish Breathing and Box Breathing, and learn how to foster a growth mindset through praise and affirmations.
